Gifts King Import does not deal directly with public. We supply to registered retailers only.

You are more than welcome to visit our showroom. The opening hours for the showroom are 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Our showroom is located at 21-23 Viking Court, Cheltenham, VIC 3192.

All prices listed do not include GST. GST is added to the invoice when the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

We do not have a minimum dollar amount. Most items do not have a minimum quantity unless stated otherwise.

You can place an order in three ways:

1. You can visit our showroom at 21-23 Viking Court, Cheltenham, VIC 3192 if you are in Melbourne.

2. You can order directly online, call our office, send us an email or a fax if you are ready to place an order, or if you are located in regional areas.

3. You can also come visit our stand during exhibition period at the Reed Gift Fairs.

Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit, or by cheque.

If you choose to pay for you order by credit card, the payment will only be processed when the order has been dispatched. We do not charge a fee for credit card payments.

For electronic fund transfers, you can directly deposit the amount on the pro-forma invoice to:

We endeavour to keep the order processing time to a minimum, however order processing time varies throughout the year. Generally, it takes 2-3 working days to dispatch your order. Please allow up to 2-3 extra working days during peak seasons (February and August). It may take longer when products ordered are temporarily out of stock.

We apologize for any inconvenience, products sell out and sometimes we are not able to restock fast enough. Items that are temporarily out of stock are indicated. If an order has items that are not in stock they will be put on a back order, and you will be notified of the stock arrival date. Please remember that these dates should only be used as estimates as they may be subject to change under circumstances beyond our control.

Some items are not in stock because they have been discontinued.
