Returns Policy
If you have received your order and find faulty items or have purchased the wrong item, please get in contact with our team by sending an email to sales@giftsking.com.au. We will get back to you shortly to let you know the next steps.
Please note that we will only accept returns if we have been notified of the faulty items in writing within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you, and provided the items still have original tags and packaging. A claim made after 14 days of receipt of your order may be refused.
We will need the following information:
- your business name
- the invoice number
- the item number
- the number of faulty items
- clear photos of the items in question
We will help you with the refund process once we have received your request.
Should you choose to return your parcel, the returns costs are to be paid by the customer. Do not forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to us. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. If you haven’t heard anything from us after 10 business days, please contact us with your order number and details of the items returned.
For change of mind items, we can:
- exchange it for store credit (credit note) which will be added to the account that the purchase was made on, or
- exchange it with another item of the same value.
For faulty or damaged items, we can:
- refund the amount using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items, or
- exchange it for store credit (credit note) which will be added to the account that the purchase was made on, or
- send you a replacement.
We will process the exchange no later than 14 days after the day we receive the items back from you.
